Bernadette Diaz (local property owner) described concerns about parking overflow onto a cul-de-sac and asked whether the project would include adequate parking and a block wall to protect privacy. Councilmember Perry said the applicant had additional tasks to complete, including a community meeting, and moved to continue the item. The council voted unanimously to continue the matter to April 21, 2026 and directed staff and the applicant to hold community outreach before the continued hearing so neighbors can review updated materials.
No final land-use decision was made on Feb. 3; the continuance was approved to allow time for the applicant to provide requested documentation and to hold neighborhood engagement.
