Separately, staff presented a resolution authorizing a temporary closure of Jefferson Street between Third and Fourth for an outdoor movie night on Friday, June 19; staff reported businesses contacted along that block had no objections. Council signaled informal support to move the items onto the consent/OVA list for formal action at an upcoming meeting.
