Executive Development Director Julie Dovey presented the agreement and asked the board to authorize the chair to execute it. "I move to approve and execute the 2025–2030 Franklin/Fulton Grant Agreement #4100101172," Commissioner Bunch said; the motion carried with all in favor.
Following the grant approval, Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute the 2026 Certification of County Funds as presented by Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop; that motion also passed unanimously. The certification will support the county’s fiscal commitments tied to program administration.
