During routine business at the Feb. 11 Randolph Town Board meeting, board members approved the minutes from January and accepted the bills as presented.
Clerk April Groll asked if there were questions on the minutes; none were raised. Kathy Argyle moved to accept the minutes and Clay Barker seconded; the motion passed with all members voting in favor. April Groll then read the bills; Brandon Miller moved to accept them and Kathy Argyle seconded; the board voted unanimously in favor.
Kathy Argyle moved to close the meeting at 7:54 p.m.; Clay Barker seconded and the board voted to adjourn. No vote tallies beyond unanimous approval were recorded for these routine matters.
