The board agreed to look into share availability and possible grant funding; Sim Bell said he would check whether shares are still available.
Separately, the board set the town Easter Egg Hunt for Saturday, April 1 at 1 p.m., with volunteers meeting at noon to set up. No bids, contracts, or budget approvals were completed at the meeting; board members asked staff and the presenting board members to return with cost estimates or grant-application details before any commitment.
