County approves master service agreement with Martel for public safety facility project

Ashwell said the county would return with an amendment once bids are received that will set the guaranteed maximum price. A county commissioner praised Martel’s past partnership on the project—"Martel Construction has just been a great partner in this effort"—and commissioners approved the document for signature by voice vote.
Next steps: staff will complete the bidding process, return with an amendment specifying the guaranteed maximum price, and proceed with contract signatures and project scheduling.
