Board adopts Resolution 2026-08 approving Rackley Administrative Subdivision for Miracle Farms, Inc.

The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners opened a public hearing at 9:17 A.M. on March 10, 2026 to consider an Administrative Subdivision filed by licensed land surveyor Mitchell (Mitch) Humphrey on behalf of Letitia Ann Spencer, president of Miracle Farms, Inc. Chairperson Sherry Morrow closed the hearing at 9:19 A.M. after no public comments, and the Board moved to approve the subdivision.

Commissioner Ronald Loeffelholz moved and Commissioner Ivan Klein seconded adoption of Resolution 2026-08 to approve the plat to be known as the "Rackley Administrative Subdivision." The resolution records that the property is located in the Agriculture (AG) Zoning District, cites parcel and tax lot references, states Maple Road is a county-maintained road that meets width standards, and notes that title-search paperwork was provided to the County Attorney’s Office and cleared Buffalo County’s interests based on the documents submitted. The resolution states the remnancy of ownership by Miracle Farms, Inc. is approximately 306 acres and finds the proposed plat fulfills Buffalo County’s Subdivision Resolution requirements (Section 3.02) for administrative subdivisions.

Resolution 2026-08 directs that the plat be filed and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Buffalo County. The motion to adopt the resolution carried on a unanimous roll-call vote of the seven commissioners.

No members of the public addressed the Board during the hearing, and the Clerk recorded the resolution language in the meeting minutes.
