Board approves minutes, postpones nominating committee; meeting adjourns

Sacksteder explained the Nominating Committee will be postponed until the Board receives all member appointments; Dr. Hendricksen moved to postpone and the Board approved the motion unanimously. Sacksteder said the Committee will meet in November or December if appointments are not complete, and nominations will be presented at the December Board meeting.
After the business and reports, the Board adjourned at 9:54 a.m.
