Context and next steps
Most items were routine consent and administrative matters the board approved without recorded dissent. The record shows a portfolio review of the Krivak Trust accounts presented to commissioners and a community-focused discussion on opioid-reduction initiatives; no formal votes on those discussion items were recorded. Several approvals (contracts, invoices, grant recommendation, and the PennDOT report) will require follow-up by county staff to finalize contracts, submit forms to state or federal partners, or coordinate community events.
