Fulton County commissioners approve Franklin/Fulton grant naming Franklin County single county authority for drug and alcohol program

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 13 approved the 2025–2030 Franklin/Fulton Grant Agreement (#4100101172), which designates Franklin County as the "single county authority" for the operation and administration of the Drug and Alcohol Program for the two counties.
Executive Development Director Julie Dovey presented the agreement and recommended approval. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute the grant agreement; the motion carried with all commissioners in favor.
The agreement was described on the record as an arrangement between Franklin/Fulton Counties and the Pennsylvania Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs for administration of a single county authority. The resolution text and the agreement number were placed on file with county records.
