Fulton County commissioners approve $335,634.88 in bills, payroll and routine administrative items

The board approved a travel request for Chief Probation Officer Dan Miller to attend the Annual CJAB Conference April 20–22, 2026 after a motion by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch. Commissioners also authorized a lease from DBB (Doing Better Business) for a printer for MDJ Heming's office at a total contract price of $3,647.00 and approved a "Plan Asset Invoice" from Conrad Siegel to be paid from plan assets in the amount of $3,844.25.
Commissioners moved to authorize a CDBG "Delegation of Signing Authority" form allowing HR Administrator Mary Huston and Commissioners Steven L. Wible and Randy H. Bunch to execute invoices for submission to SEDA COG. The board approved a burial expense application for veteran Gary Allen Myers (an Air Force veteran who served during Desert Shield/Desert Storm); the minutes record that the burial expense application was approved but do not specify an amount.
The actions recorded at the meeting were routine administrative approvals the commissioners said were necessary to maintain county operations; separate Salary Board minutes were filed for a personnel appointment discussed later in the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 1:03 p.m.
