Land Board approves $32,982 easement package affecting six counties

He said the easements covered buried natural gas pipeline, buried fiber optic cable, a private access road, highway bridge construction and buried electric lines, with proceeds to the common schools trust, Montana Tech, MSU Eastern and Western, and the Public Land Trust.
A motion to approve agenda item 0326-4 was made and seconded; the board voted by voice and approved the easement package unanimously.
No public comment or conditions were attached at the meeting. DNRC staff will proceed with the conveyances consistent with statutory and administrative requirements and the terms outlined in the board packet.
