Collierville to award $574,000 contract to expand Fire Administration second floor

Atkins said the project is under budget by about $335,000 and noted an FY‑2027 allocation of $67,569 for FF&E procurement.
A board member moved to approve the contract with Pfeiffer and Associates for $559,000 plus Alternate 1 ($15,000) for a $574,000 total; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call. The transcript records board members voting in the affirmative in roll call as recorded.
