McManus to serve again as chair, and Legislator Rob Timmons seconded; the motion carried, with the record showing nine votes in favor and one vacant seat for Area 3. "His ability to put people before politics should be recognized by all who live here," Legislator Patty Waldron said, praising McManus's leadership and approach to deliberation.
