Chairperson Harry McManus requested a full roll-call vote. The resolution was defeated 1–9–0; Legislator Robert Hall cast the lone affirmative vote. Resolution #326 — an amendment with Republic Parking System, LLC — was withdrawn earlier in the meeting.
