Clinton County Legislature approves multiple resolutions, amends mileage rate and approves airport concessions fit‑out amid cost questions

A notable roll-call outcome involved Resolution #161, "Awarding Bid for Concessions Space Fit-Out Project," which carried 7-1-1; Legislator Christopher Rosenquest recorded the only no vote. Legislator Mark Dame objected to the price, saying he was "totally disappointed that a 1,600 square foot restaurant costs $1,000,000" and asked for an explanation of costs.
