Traffic Logics: Staff recommended a two‑year renewal for Traffic Logics cloud support covering four radar signs. The vendor extended a one‑time discount that brought the two‑year cost to $2,650; supporters said the data helps patrol deployment and grant applications. The council approved the renewal with one dissent recorded during the roll call on the motion.
Camp Swell annexation: Council accepted an application from Camp Swell to annex property into city limits so the operator may obtain a city business license to rent RV spaces. Planning & Zoning previously reviewed the request; council voted to accept the application and scheduled a public hearing for April 15 to receive public comments before final action.
Building code adoption: The council adopted ordinance 2026‑3.11 to align the city’s code with the version of the International Code now mandated by the state of Utah. Planning & Zoning will draft any local Wildland‑Urban Interface map as required and present it to council for adoption.
