Parmer County approves accounts payable and payroll report

Sharon May presented the accounts payable listings for the two invoice dates and requested authorization to pay the listed invoices. Commissioner Kenny White moved to approve payment of the accounts payable; Commissioner Charles Wilkins seconded and the motion carried by majority vote.
May then presented the treasurer’s payroll report. Commissioner Kirk Frye moved to approve the payroll report; Commissioner White seconded, and the motion passed by majority vote. The court’s minutes note attachments for the lists and reports but the transcript does not include itemized dollar amounts.
These routine approvals ensure county vendors will be paid and payroll records for the period were accepted into the county record. The meeting adjourned at 10:14 a.m.
