Perkins and other staff directed Vanderhoof to meet with city staff after the meeting to discuss next steps, potential assistance and how the garden might be assessed for available city support. Vanderhoof thanked the board and said he had design files and three sets of photos and plans he could share.
No formal action was taken at the meeting; staff will follow up with Vanderhoof to assess eligibility for any relevant programs or minor funding assistance.
