The Clinton County Legislature briefly opened a public hearing on Dec. 13, 2017 to consider the inclusion of lands in the Clinton County Agricultural District. The hearing was opened at 7:10 p.m. on a motion by Legislator Christopher Rosenquest, seconded by Legislator Mark Dame, and closed at 7:11 p.m. on a subsequent motion by Rosenquest, seconded by Legislator Patty Waldron. No members of the public spoke during the hearing.
County Administrator Michael E. Zurlo read the Notice of Public Hearing into the record before the Legislature. Because there were no public comments, the Legislature closed the hearing and moved on to committee reports and other agenda business. The record indicates the item was placed on the agenda and handled by the appropriate committee for further action as required.
