Fulton County commissioners approve $159,968 in bills, $126,748 in payroll; OK CCAP dues and insurance renewals

Fulton County commissioners on Jan. 20 approved routine administrative items including minutes, bills and payroll and signed off on several County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) items.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Jan. 13, 2026, Commissioners' minutes and the Salary Board minutes from the same date; both motions were recorded as passed unanimously. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve account payables dated Jan. 20, 2026, in the amount of $159,968.15; the minutes provide a fund-level breakdown including $140,001.80 from the General Fund (Fund 100) and smaller amounts across Liquid Fuels, 911, Debt Service and other funds. Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026, totaling $126,747.73; that motion passed with all in favor.
Administrative approvals included a motion by Commissioner Hann to approve the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice ($10,323.00); authorization and execution of a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman; execution of the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal as presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder; and approval of the CCAP PComp second installment invoice ($5,575.00), recorded as part of a total contribution of $22,300. All such motions were recorded as approved.
The meeting minutes also note brief Safety Committee and Department Head meetings (separate minutes on file), a Services for Children report on a potential hire and equipment quotes, and the use of executive sessions for personnel matters. The meeting adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
