Sheridan School Board approves personnel report covering hires, resignations and building designees

Contract hires and hourly classified hires recorded included Kassidy Fleming (SIS instructional assistant, effective Sept. 9, 2025), Rae Runge (EEI instructional assistant, effective Sept. 9, 2025), Rachel Yates (EEE instructional assistant, effective Sept. 9, 2025), several bus drivers and nurses with listed effective dates, and other classified staff. The minutes also list role transfers and rescissions of previously announced hires.
The report included a set of English Learner (EL) building designees for the 2025-26 school year for each campus (for example, Christy Whitley for East End Elementary and Miguel Del Toro for Sheridan High School). The minutes do not provide individual contract terms or salary amounts.
The board approved the personnel report as a single motion in open session; no executive session was requested.
