Ware County approves Eva Street realignment and right-of-way swap with Cornerstone Real Estate LLC

Cornerstone Real Estate LLC, which owns property on both sides of Eva Street, agreed to convey additional right-of-way to Ware County along the northern side in exchange for right-of-way on the southern side.
Commissioner Timmy Lucas moved to approve the Eva Street realignment; Commissioner Leonard Burse seconded. The motion passed on a roll-call vote with Commissioner Jon Tindall absent.
