Commissioner Bryan Mellage moved, and Commissioner Mike Hall seconded, adoption of Resolution 2026-08 to release a pledged security for Auburn State Bank; the motion passed by roll call. The board then adopted Resolution 2026-09 approving a subdivision for Renee Allen located in Sec. 4 T4N R14E.
Commissioner Mellage also moved to adopt Resolution 2026-10, which clarifies holiday pay rates and differential pay for dispatchers and jailers; Commissioner Hall seconded and the resolution passed by roll-call vote. The minutes record the motions and unanimous affirmative votes for each resolution.
