Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve account payables dated Jan. 13 totaling $135,622.38; the board approved the disbursement. The fund-level breakdown in the motion listed $66,644.09 to the General Fund, $92.22 to Fund 227 (SFC Technology Grant), $3,874.57 to Fund 238 (911), $291.06 to Fund 256 (Domestic Relations) and $64,720.44 to Fund 300 (Capital Projects).
Other approvals included the CCAP PCoRP second-installment invoice for $45,442.00 and the SAP&DC invoice for $8,598.00. The board approved an Application for Burial Expenses for Veteran Floyd G. McGinnis (U.S. Air Force, 1964–1968) with payment to surviving spouse Janet McGinnis. The board also approved a renewal quote for ASPIRE two-factor authentication as submitted by Rick Grissinger (Elect IT) and approved a revision to the LERTA application to require "Inspection by Zoning Officer or Fulton County Planning."
Finally, the board accepted Ronald Richards as the real estate agent for the county-owned property at 119 N. 2nd Street, McConnellsburg, PA, at a quoted commission of 3% of the total sales. The meeting adjourned at 11:33 a.m.
