Commissioner Hervey P. Hann made the motion to adopt the tentative budget; CFO Mike Lamb and Fiscal Administrator Sue Reed presented the budget as part of the meeting record.
Why it matters: adopting a tentative budget is a required step that allows staff to finalize accounting and prepare for public notification and the final vote. The board set Dec. 30, 2025, as the date for final adoption, at which point any last adjustments or formal enactment of appropriations will be recorded.
The meeting also included approval of a CCAP PCoRP final installment contribution totaling $45,442.00 toward a $151,474.00 total contribution and several routine vendor invoices that will be paid from the listed funds. The board adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
