The chair briefly recessed the meeting for about five minutes so Region 4 participants could enable cameras and rejoin, then reconvened online.
Under agenda item 6 (adjournment), Vice President Jean Batiste moved to adjourn; Trustee Thompson seconded. The board voted unanimously, with the chair announcing, “Motion carries 7 0.” The trustees officially adjourned at 7:51 p.m.
