The board also opened and took under advisement four sealed bids for the 2026–2030 cyclical reassessment process.
The commissioners adopted Resolution 2025-19 to transfer real property to Place of Grace Inc. pursuant to Indiana Code 36-1-11-5.6 and then voted to sign a quit claim deed to Place of Grace. Other approvals included an INDOT Letter of Understanding for an unofficial detour tied to a small-structure replacement, payment of a Hattersley & Sons invoice from Cumulative Courthouse funds, and acceptance of two donated items from Full Service Mechanical.
All recorded motions and votes in the transcript show the three commissioners voting in favor (3-0) unless otherwise noted. The board recessed at the end of the session until Nov. 3, 2025.
