Melissa Gray, county auditor, presented the September 2025 Balance of Funds and Treasurer's Report and said the budget process transitioned smoothly.
The council did not take formal action on the highway funding request during the meeting; the request was entered into the minutes for future consideration. The meeting adjourned after those reports.
