Justice Tony Carder seconded the motion, and Judge Randy Pruitt called for a vote. The motion carried, 9-0.
The ordinance, described by county staff as an amendment to the original Appropriation Ordinance 2023-14 for the 2024 annual budget, was presented as a technical budget adjustment to account for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds tied to projects that remained incomplete at year-end.
