The Dublin Planning & Zoning Commission on a concept review night heard a presentation from the applicant for case 24‑150 CP — a concept plan for about 330 residential units, limited retail and approximately 19 acres of open space north of Blazer Parkway.
The applicant, Eric Buck, told the commission “this is still a concept level plan,” and said the team paused a year ago to align their work with the city’s Metro Center revitalization study. Jeffrey Pongones of MKSK described the layout as a response to the Metro Place street grid, including a north–south boulevard linking Blazer Parkway to Metro Place and an east–west Cosgray Run open‑space corridor.
