The Reeves County Groundwater Conservation District handled routine business on Dec. 18, approving the Nov. 20 meeting minutes, the November financial statements, and payment of November bills, each by unanimous 5-0 votes.
Directors Ginny Barmore and David Dominguez executed their sworn statements and took oaths of office as recorded in the minutes; Director Luke Brown was absent. Emily Rogers, attorney for the district, participated via Zoom. The board set its next meeting for Jan. 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and listed as a future agenda item consideration of reappointment, oath and bond for Director Luke Brown.
A motion to adjourn carried unanimously at 5:28 p.m.
