The clerk said the settlement remains subject to final approval by others and that copies of the finalized agreement will be available through the office of CEO risk management.
In connection with claims filed after the September 2024 airport fire, the board approved two separate global settlements: one of $3,350,000 covering a group of claimants listed in the transcript, and a second of $3,800,000 covering another group of claimants. The clerk said finalized settlement agreements will also be available through CEO risk management.
