On separate motions, the board voted 7-0 to approve the December 2025 financial statements and the December payment of bills. Directors moved and seconded each motion (financials: Director Ginny Barmore moved, Director Nancy Martinez seconded; payments: Director Cecil Lee moved, Director David Dominguez seconded). The board also approved the district’s 4th Quarter Investment Report and the 4th Quarter Drought Report on separate 7-0 votes (investment: Barmore/Martinez; drought: Martinez/Dominguez).
These votes were routine approvals of staff-prepared documents; no prolonged discussion or public comment followed the motions. The board recorded the same unanimous tally, 7-0, on each item.
