Fulton County Commissioners unanimously approved a 5-year lease with Elect IT Solutions and a separate statement-of-work for IT staffing and support at their Dec. 23 meeting.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute the lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250 per month, to take effect when the space becomes available; the motion carried with all commissioners voting in favor. The board also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a quote from Amazon for a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office in the amount of $784.22, submitted by Rick Grissinger of Elect IT Solutions; the motion passed unanimously.
The board approved a CCAP PComp Contribution first-installment invoice (No. INVO62458) for $5,575.00, with a motion from Commissioner Bunch that carried without opposition. Commissioners also approved a targeted revision to the HR Manual, Section 213 “Travel,” directing employees who wish to use a personal vehicle to submit a request in advance to the commissioners explaining the reason for the request; that change was adopted unanimously.
Why it matters: the lease and staffing SOW formalize a county vendor relationship for office space and ongoing IT support at a modest monthly rent. The hardware purchase is intended to support Treasurer’s Office operations, and the HR manual change establishes an approval step for personal-vehicle travel.
The board approved these items as routine business; the meeting record shows no recorded objections and all motions passed with all in favor. The meeting adjourned at 11:21 a.m.
