"BrightLine is not going under," Drucker said, adding that federal and state funding discussions are ongoing.
Drucker also said Tri‑Rail (SFRTA) funding had been restored in both the House and the Senate budget drafts and noted March is bicycle month with a planned proclamation and an expected ride. The City Manager announced the final public workshop on the police department headquarters project will be Wednesday, Feb. 25, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Spanish River Library.
Councilmember Reeder promoted the downtown Festival of the Arts starting Feb. 27 and provided links to buy tickets.
