Committee adopts strike-below and sends Senate Bill 124 to Appropriations

"The forthcoming amendment will ensure that CICJIS can provide information along with CBI," the sponsor said.
After closing the amendment phase and concluding testimony, Senator Wallace moved SB 124 to the Committee on Appropriations with a favorable recommendation. The committee roll call recorded four votes in favor and two opposed (one excused), and the bill was placed on the Appropriations Committee docket.
