Senate Bill 11 (search-warrant requirements for certain electronic platforms) and Senate Bill 32 (promotion of immunization access) both were the subject of concurrence motions with the House; the Senate concurred with the House amendments and repassed those bills as recorded on the floor (SB 11 repassed 32 Aye, 2 No; SB 32 repassed 22 Aye, 12 No).
Majority Leader Rodriguez also moved to lay over House Joint Resolution 1023 and several other items (including SB 66, SB 74 and the general-order second reading docket) until Thursday, March 19.
