Fulton County Board of Commissioners convened Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, and unanimously approved routine administrative items including meeting minutes, accounts payable and payroll.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Jan. 13, 2026 commissioners' minutes and the Jan. 13 Salary Board minutes; both motions carried with all commissioners voting in favor. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 20, 2026, totaling $159,968.15, with $140,001.80 charged to the General Fund and smaller amounts allocated to Liquid Fuels, 911, Debt Service and pass-through funds. Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026, in the amount of $126,747.73; both motions were recorded as carried "All in favor."
In administrative finance items presented in the Treasurer’s Office update, the board approved a set of CCAP-related items brought forward by Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop and insurance agent Bobby Snyder. The commissioners approved payment of the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00 and authorized a credit-card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman. The board also approved the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal application (as presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder) and authorized payment of the CCAP PComp second installment invoice in the amount of $5,575.00 toward a total contribution of $22,300.00.
