Homeowner Stanley Rusinels and a family member presented drawings and material samples for the work, describing "new siding, new doors, new windows" and a larger front porch to replace an existing concrete surface. The contractor was identified in the meeting as Mike from All Seasons Builders Incorporated.
Board members asked for visual clarification of the facade proportions and shingle samples. Rusinels said the proposed windows are awning-style crank-out units and that the siding would be 4-inch material in a "linen" color; the board noted the combination would "fit with other homes in the area." A board member asked the applicant to bring shingle samples for final review.
After discussion, a member moved to accept the application and a second was recorded; the board put the application to a vote and the motion carried. The board did not record any conditions beyond the request for material samples during this meeting.
