The minutes include a fund-level breakdown for the accounts payable showing $87,536.62 in the General Fund and line items for Liquid Fuels, 911, Debt Service and several smaller funds. The board approved a McConnell Park lease submitted by the Fulton County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism for the Strawberry Festival scheduled for June 11–13, 2026. Commissioners also approved a contract with CES Engineering, LLC for engineering services on the Warfordsburg Senior Center CDBG project not to exceed $15,000, and they retroactively authorized Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives to sign a CDBG Exempt Status Determination and Mitigation Measures and Conditions Form.
A procurement item for the Domestic Relations Department was approved: Commissioner Bunch moved to authorize the purchase of new office furniture from W.B. Mason in the amount of $6,467.15 to be funded from the Title IV-D Incentive Account. The board also approved an invoice from Wessel & Company for CFO services for January 2026 in the amount of $4,340.00.
A contract between Pressley Ridge and Fulton County for services for children was tabled on a motion by Commissioner Wible pending additional information.
