Chair Seville nominated Dornblazer for vice chair; a motion and second were made and the board approved the nomination by voice vote. Seville then nominated Greg Mitchell as secretary, a nomination that was seconded and approved in a closed vote.
Chair Seville used the opportunity to welcome two new board members and the board moved on to its agenda item on the Boca Raton Golf Maintenance Building. The meeting adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
