Mulley presented a $6,996 quote to replace a damaged transfer switch for the generator at the Lovell public-health office, saying the previous switch was ruined by a power bump. She told commissioners that an Emergency Preparedness grant can cover half of the replacement cost. Facilities Manager Jeremy Pouska said he would discuss the replacement with the vendor and an electrician to ensure longevity; by consensus the commission approved installation of items necessary to bring the generator back online.
Mulley reviewed vaccine-account expenses and revenues and said she may need additional funds in that budget to continue the vaccination program; she noted that expected revenue will offset the requested increase. The commission did not approve a separate appropriation at the meeting but recorded the need for potential budget adjustments and staff follow-up.
