The Boca Raton Planning and Zoning Board elected Tim Dornblazer as vice chair and Greg Mitchell as secretary during brief elections at the start of its Dec. 4 meeting.
Chair opened nominations and the board moved and seconded both appointments. The chair announced the outcomes after voice votes and congratulated the newly selected officers.
The board also approved minutes from its Nov. 6, 2025 meeting by voice vote. During other business members discussed an upcoming agenda item that will consider a lease for just under eight acres of city‑owned downtown land; a director stated the draft lease will be included in the agenda packet so members can review the actual lease language before the meeting.
There were no public requests to speak on other items. The chair welcomed two newly official members and the meeting was adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
