Commissioner Mary moved to adopt the resolution; the chair seconded the motion and it passed by voice vote. Commissioners noted printed calendars will be made available to the public.
The commission also approved minutes from the Dec. 31, 2025 meeting by voice vote and adjourned. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Jan. 13, 2026.
