Redwood County approves IBM support, cyber response agreements and MDR monitoring work order

The Board approved a contract with Redstone Technologies for IBM i upgrade support services for $2,250. Commissioners also approved a Confidentiality Agreement and a Provider Agreement with the Minnesota Cyber Response Team (MNCRT) and AMC. In addition, the Board authorized a State of Minnesota Statewide Security Monitoring Initiative work order for a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) program at a rate of $32 per device per year.
The minutes list the contracts and the per-device MDR rate but do not include further technical specifications; county technology staff will carry out implementation under the approved agreements.
