Crawford County Board approves zero-cost property exchange with City of Manilla

The exchange followed a brief public hearing opened at 10:20 a.m.; the record shows no written or oral objections. The board closed the hearing at 10:22 a.m.
The resolution and deeds will be processed per county procedures; the minutes do not specify a timeline for recording or any planned changes in parcel use.
