CROSSVILLE, Tenn. — The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners approved a package of resolutions at its Jan. 20 monthly meeting, adopting road additions, appointing two judicial commissioners and amending several county and school budgets.
The commission voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 01-2026-1, appointing Jennifer Phillips-Cross as Judicial Commission Director for a two-year term and Joseph Moody as Judicial Commissioner for a six-month term. Commissioner David Gibson moved the appointment; Commissioner Nancy Hyder seconded the motion.
