County of Orange. The staff readout said the applicant, a retired social-services agency data-entry technician, claimed cumulative trauma to the spine, wrists, back and shoulders.
The staff member who delivered the readout said the settlement remains subject to final approvals and, when finalized, copies of the agreement will be made available through the CEO’s risk-management office to anyone who inquires. No motion text, mover or second were recorded in the public readout and the board did not take further public action at the meeting.
The announcement was presented as a reportable closed-session action; the board did not discuss additional terms in open session.
