Fulton County commissioners approve payables, Krivak Trust aid up to $35,000 and multiple administrative delegations

Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve Accounts Payable dated March 3, 2026 with fund-level detail recorded in the minutes: $291,026.05 to the General Fund; smaller amounts posted to Liquid Fuels, 911, Hazmat, Domestic Incentive, Medical Assistance Transportation, Debt Service and Pass-through funds. The motion passed unanimously.
Commissioners also approved a travel request for Chief Probation Officer Dan Miller to attend the Annual CJAB Conference April 20-22, 2026, and approved a lease from Doing Better Business (DBB) for a printer for Magisterial District Judge Heming's office for a total contract price of $3,647.00.
The board approved payment of a "Plan Asset Invoice" from Conrad Siegel in the amount of $3,844.25 to be paid from plan assets and approved the Pension Fund Report for February 2026 as presented by the HR Administrator.
The commissioners authorized a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) "Delegation of Signing Authority" form naming HR Administrator Mary Huston and Commissioners Steven L. Wible and Randy H. Bunch to execute invoices for SEDA COG.
Human Services Director Julie Dovey requested, and the board approved, a Krivak Trust application payment up to a maximum of $35,000; the minutes state the applicant information is confidential due to HIPAA. Commissioner Hann moved to approve the request and the motion carried unanimously.
The board also approved a burial expense application for veteran Gary Allen Myers, listed in the minutes as an Air Force veteran who served during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
County auditors presented an audit review; the record shows the board entered executive session at multiple times during the meeting for personnel matters. Commissioners received an update on Phase II renovations for a newly purchased building on Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg from Building and Maintenance Director Brad Seville, and adjourned at 1:03 p.m.
All formal motions recorded in the public minutes were adopted unanimously as "All in favor."
